THOMAS KING,  71,  passed away peacefully on September 17th, 2020. He was born on August 11th,1949 in Louisville, Kentucky to John Callahan King and Helen King.

Thomas graduated from Terry Parker High School in 1967 and briefly attended Florida State University (evidenced by his undying passion for the Seminoles). Not long after Thomas' time in Tallahassee, he began his 42 year tenure with Pitney Bowes as a customer service representative and machinist. Thomas was a talented singer, and he met his wife of 30 years, Joyce King, in the Prince of Peace Catholic Church choir. Tom enjoyed music, bowling, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.

Thomas is survived by: his wife, Joyce King; his children, Michael, Catherine, and Daniel; and his older brother, John C. King Jr. (Marcia).

A viewing will take place at Arlington Park Funeral Home 6920 Lone Star Road Jacksonville, Florida 32211 from 5-7pm on Monday, September 21st. Thomas' funeral mass will be held at 11am on Tuesday, September 22nd at Holy Spirit Catholic Church 11665 Fort Caroline Road Jacksonville, Florida 32225.
