Thomas John Thomas, 70, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 16, 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida.  Known as George to family and Jack to friends (which he had many) he lived a full life.  At 19 years old he enlisted in the Air Force and became a decorated officer of the Vietnam War.  Following that period of his young life he lived life the way he wanted and he shared it with those he loved.  George traveled, loved the outdoors, was an avid camper, loved the mountains, gambled on the seas, loved his family and his dearest dogs; Boss, Shatzy and Buddy.  Private services will be held at a later date.
