Timothy L. Choulat, age 76, was born December 3, 1942 in Jacksonville, Florida, and passed away of Parkinson's disease on March 4, 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida, surrounded by his family.

Tim was a loving husband and father. He was an avid coin collector and founding member of the Greater Jacksonville Coin Club. He enjoyed flying, camping and visiting the mountains of North Carolina. He was a US Army (Vietnam) veteran (1965-67) and was released from service with rank of Specialist 4, having received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Army Good Conduct Medal.

He was preceded in death by his father - James E. Choulat; mother - Francis R. Howard; brother - Marc Choulat; son - Trevor J. Choulat and daughter - Tamera L. Choulat

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Lila K. Choulat; sisters - Pamela Lutinand, Christine Ausband, Teri Choulat and Karen Harrell; brother, Thomas Howard; children: Diana Yon, James Choulat (Gena), Tracey Choulat (Chastity), Neva Johnson (Scott), Tiffany Hartley (Charlie) and Victoria Choulat; 10 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
