Obituary of Uriel Nash
Uriel Claxton Nash Bill, 90, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2008. He is remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather and caring friend to all who knew him. Uriel was born on July, 20 1917 in Monroe County, Mississippi, to the late Woodie and Vastie Nash.
He was a World War II veteran and a life time member of the Church of Christ.
Uriel is preceded in death by his loving wife Helen Nash and daughter Carolyn Swindling.
He is survived by his son Robert Nash; granddaughter Cara (Gregory) Oboikovitz; granddaughter Tamara (Michael) Vanyo; great grandchildren Michael Oboikovitz, Jacqueline Oboikovitz, Trevor Vanyo, Carolyn Vanyo and Tristan Vanyo.
Family will receive friends at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, on February 2, 2008 for a visitation from 10a.m to 11a.m, and a funeral service at 11:00a.m. Interment will follow.
