Obituary of Velma Tuttle

Ms. Velma S. Tuttle, 89, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013. She was a loving wife devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and caring friend to all who knew her. Velma was born on January 9, 1924 in Towns, GA, to the late William and Lucetta Smith. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Capt. John A. Tuttle of 57 wonderful years; son Capt. Michael E. Tuttle. Velma was the true monarch of the family and will be truly missed. She is survived by her daughter Jean (Don) Schupp; grandchildren Anthony Bryan (Lucy) Napoli, Joshua (Sydney) Tuttle; great-granddaughters Chatham and Lucinda Napoli. Family will receive friends at Arlington Park Cemetery, 6920 Lone Star Road, for a graveside service at 1:00pm on Friday, April 26, 2013. The family will receive friends an hour prior to service.
