Violet L. Wilson passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 of natural causes. She was born on January 20, 1929 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Violet moved from Cincinnati, Ohio to Jacksonville, Florida in 1970. She worked at Gate Petroleum until she retired in the mid 90's.

Violet is proceeded in death by her parents Franklin R. Lawhorn, Lois C. Whaley, and her brother Larry Lawhorn.

She leaves behind a son Jerry Green and her daughter Vickie Belt. She also leaves grandchildren Scott Green, Douglas, Adina Belt, and Sabrina Belt-Gonzalez. Plus great-grandchildren Kayla Belt, Isabel, Jonathan, and Emilio Gonzalez. Plus her brother Skipper Lawhorn.
