Obituary of Virginia Collins
Virginia Vann Collins, 86, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2011. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and caring friend to all who knew her. She was born in Columbus, Georgia on November, 3, 1924 to the late Luther and Annie Vann. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband Cecil Collins. She was a huge Braves fan and Gator fan and loved to follow NASCAR. Virginia is survived by her daughters Luann (Mike) Causland and Kay (David) Young; grandchildren Chris (Emily) Causland, Amanda Causland, Chase Causland, Robin Young, Carly Young and Seth Young; great-grandchildren Joshua Caulsand and Hayden Causland; numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at Arlington Park Cemetery, 6920 Lone Star Road, for a graveside service on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 2:00p.m. In lieu of flowers please make donations to North East Community Hospice.
