Virginia M. Haines, 88, passed away peacefully Monday, September 17, 2018 in Fernandina Beach, Florida. She was born on June 26, 1930 to Michael and Mary Arout in New York.

She work for Charles Bassett and Associates for over 20 years and volunteered on the Council of Aging for almost 15 years.

She is survived by sister, Sheila Nieder; daughter, Michele Kling (Michael), Gina Cassady, William Blackwell, eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
