Virginia Greene Williamson, widow of J.C. Williamson, Jr., passed away June 8, 2018.  A native of New Smyrna Beach, Florida she was a member of Rainbow Girls during her teens.  She received a BS in Mathematics from Stetson University and was a member of the American Association of University Women during her twenty's.  Virginia taught high school math at Englewood High School for many years.  She and her husband were charter members of Parkwood Baptist Church and served in many positions over the years, as long as they were able.

She is preceded in death by her husband; parents, Edgar Claude Greene and Lena Gertrude Martin; two sister-in-laws and a niece.  Virginia is survived by her two daughters, Julie (Stuart) Pierce of Atlanta, GA and Becky (Richard) of Jacksonville, FL and grandchildren, Ian and Erin O'Malley.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm in the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel, 6920 Lone Star Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32211.  Funeral services will be held in the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 10am with Reverend Dr. David E. Imhoff officiating.  Internment will commence immediately following the service at Arlington Park Cemetery, 6921 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL 32211

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Virginia's memory to the City Rescue Mission of Jacksonville, 426 S. McDuff Ave.
