Walter "Mike" Raymond Lansford was born to the late Wilson and Helen Lansford in Washington, D.C. on December 23, 1940. He graduated high school and went on to work with and repair automobiles.

Mike was blessed with a large and loving family. He married his best friend, Patricia Norris. Mike helped raise his two beautiful daughters Lorraine "Lori" Susan Lansford, and Kathleen "Kathy" Ann Buturla with patience, discipline, and humility.

He will be dearly missed by his loved ones.

Mike is survived by his granddaughter Samantha Buturla; his son-in-law, Thomas Buturla, and brother Willis "Tom" Lansford.

He is proceeded in death by his wife, Patricia Lansford, daughters Lorraine Lansford and Kathleen Buturla, and his parents Wilson and Helen Lansford.
