Obituary of Wanda Squires

Wanda Squires, a resident of Jacksonville Beach, Fl, 84, entered into rest on December 20, 2011. She was born on September 19, 1927 in Cramenton, NC, the daughter of Bert and Charles Gardo of Jacksonville, Fl. Wanda taught Sunday school at Glynlea Methodist Church. She was also a Girl Scout leader. Survivors include, her loving and devoted husband of nearly 65 years, Paul Squires; son, Kenneth Paul Squires (Sharon), daughter, Janet (David) Roberts; grandchildren, William (Jennifer) Taylor, Brian (Jaclyn) Taylor, Allison Roberts, Shea (Tammy) Squires, Eric Squires, Alan Squires; Wanda was also blessed with eleven great grandchildren; nephew, Thomas (late wife Karen) Squires, and their son, Randy Squires, and their predeceased son Rob (Diana) Squires, and their son Jackson. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 23, 2011 at Arlington Park Cemetery, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL at 12:00pm.
