Wilbur R. Mills, 76, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on April 1, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Wilbur was born on December 5, 1944 to Leon and Lucille Mills in Tampa FL. At the young age of 17 he enlisted in the US Navy.  Where he served many years until he was honorably discharged due to an injury.  Wilbur was predeceased by his parents Leon and Lucille and two grandkids Ashley Mills and Flesia Kindness.  He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Linda Mills; his sons James Mills, William Vickers, Robert Mills; four daughters Angela Coker (Lamar), Shirley Hernandez (Jean Paul) Deborah Hines (Robert), Jennifer Tibbetts (Kyle); two sisters Patricia Allen, Shirley Allbritton (Fonzio); 20 grandkids, 12 great grandkids and many Nieces and Nephews.

He enjoyed his yearly trip to Las Vegas with his wife, Family and friends.  He also enjoyed watching all his grandkids and great grandkids play sports.  He was a man of his word with a very humble heart and a great sense of humor.

A visitation will be held April 8, 2021 for all family and friends from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.

There will be an intimate service for immediate family on April 9, 2021 at 11:00am followed by a graveside service open to all family friends.
