Obituary of Wilfredo Tanalgo

Mr. Wilfredo B. Tanalgo, 67, entered into rest on December 14, 2012. He is remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was born on October 25, 1945 in Sibalom, Antique, Philippines to his parents, Pacifico and Febe Tanalgo. He moved to Jacksonville, FL in 1972 and began work at Baptist Medical Center. He was the life of the party and enjoyed cooking, dancing and singing. He loved helping people at the hospital and in the neighborhood, and he never met a stranger. Above all, he was generous with his time and his love for his family. He is preceded in death by his mother, Febe Tanalgo. He is survived by his devoted wife of 38 years, Fe A. Tanalgo; daughters, Jennifer, Kim and Stephanie; grandson, D.J.; father, Pacifico Tanalgo; sister, Maria Cecilia Solidum, aunt, Dolores Sintos; nephews, Andrew, Earl and Derek and many treasured extended family members and friends. Family will greet friends on Friday, December 21, 2012 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL from 6-8:00pm. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 742 Arlington Road North, Jacksonville, FL at 10:00am. Interment will follow in Arlington Park Cemetery.
