William "Bill" Anthony Ferrotta, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother entered this world on July 1, 1941 in New York City, New York and passed surrounded by his loving family on October 8th, 2022.

Bill is the son of William Ferrotta and Mary Bazen, husband of Phyllis, father of Marc and Christine, grandfather of Nicholas, Anthony, and Natalie, and brother of Robert, Jean, Eleanore, Carolann. Bill was proceeded in death by his parents and his brother Robert.

Bill attended the New York City Police Department Academy.  Bill was an NYPD Officer for nine years, after which he moved to Jacksonville, Florida where he owned a restaurant and later an insurance company after a period as a manager and supervisor at Jax Liquors.  Bill entered his retirement with his wife Phyllis and enjoyed fishing, watching Jaguar Football, and being with his grandchildren.
