Obituary of William Garrett

William A. Garrett, 76, passed away November 20, 2009. He was born in September 1933 in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Garrett was an avid golf player and loved traveling. He served his country with honorable discharge from the Air Force from 1952 to 1956. Mr. Garrett was a business oriented man and supported his family as a Food Broker in the wholesale food industry for many years. He is survived by his son, Alex Garrett; daughter Andrea Byrd (Don) and his granddaughter, Rindy Moore (Thomas). A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Monday, November 23, 2009 in the chapel of Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road in Jacksonville, with Rev. Grant Wheeler, officiating.
