William Richard Keene's Obituary
William Richard Keene, 72, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2015. He was born September 4, 1943 in Hawthorne, FL but lived in Jacksonville, most of his life. Richard worked in construction, loved antique cars, loved to travel, and loved to make people laugh.
He was survived by his loving partner of 20 years, Betty Hargrove; a sister-in-law, Inga Keene; nieces and nephews: Dennis, Steven, and Robert Keene, Corey Thadon, Selena Brown, Heidi Brown, and Kirstie Meddaugh.
He was predeceased by his parents, William Henry and Rosa May Keene, brother, Henry Dewitt Keene, and sister, Kathy Brown.
