Obituary of William Maass

William C. Maass, Jr. "Bill", passed away Saturday, January 9, 2010 surrounded by his loving wife, M. Jean and family. He was born to William Maass, Sr. and Marion Hanson on April, 23, 1934 in Willimantic, CT. Bill proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy for 24½ years. He leaves many to cherish his memory including his wife M. Jean, sons Chuck Jr., Michael and Jeffery, daughters Deborah, Cynthia, Delia and Glenda, sisters Carol and Audrey, twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two sisters-in-law and many friends. Bill's family will receive friends tonight, Tuesday, January 12, 2010 from 6:00-8:00pm in the chapel of Arlington Park Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at 11:00am at the funeral home, where military honors will be rendered.
