Obituary of William Owen

William "Bill" Harold Owen, 59, went home to the Lord on December 25, 2013 following a short battle with cancer. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandpa, brother and friend. Bill is preceded in death by his mom, Nina Landers Owen. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Linda Owen; children, Andrea (Adam) White, Nathan (Andrea) Owen, Teresa (Josh) Heavener, Lesley Owen and Morgan Owen; grandchildren, Austin, Alicia, Mylyn, Raley, Brogan and Cora; sister, Nina (A.D.) Preston and many treasured friends. Bill enjoyed antiquing, cooking and above all, spending time with his family. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, December 30, 2013 at 2:00pm at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida; be sure to bring your favorite story.
