William Frank Peters III, age 85, son of William F. Peters and Lilyan Hammock Peters born, October 29 1930 in Charlotte, North Carolina passed away June 16, 2016 at his home in Jacksonville, Florida.

He was a loved Husband, Father, Grand Father and Great Grandfather. He enjoyed building wood projects for all of the children in the family. He served his Lord and family with equal vigor.

William was preceded in death by his beloved wife Elizabeth (Beppie) Peters and his parents. He is survived byÍ his brother Donald A. (Ginger) Peters, his daughter Terry L. Finster, two sons David L. (Kasey) Peters and Liam W. Peters. He was known as "Daddy Bill" to his five GrandchildrenÍ Bleu & Ivey Finster, Tory (Chris) Hopkins, Dr. Kate (Adam) Myers, and Becky (Manny) Mendez. He was blessed with six Great Grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will begin with the viewing at 10AM, and the Service will begin at 11AM on Friday, June 24, 2016 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211 with Minister Michael Madden officiating.
