IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Wilma Hedge
Johnigean
January 28, 1941 – November 21, 2023
Our beautiful mother, Wilma Cristeen Johnigean, went to Heaven on November 21, 2023 at the age of 82. She was a wonderful sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was always there when we needed her and would do anything for her family. She was a woman of God and is now resting in Heaven with Jesus.
Wilma Johnigean was born on January 28, 1941 in Olive Hill, Kentucky. She had 5 beautiful children who were her whole world. Wilma was known for her involvement in church, her community, and most importantly her grandchildren. Rain or shine, if we needed her, she was there. Recently, Wilma was enjoying sitting in her chair and looking out at the river, watching the manatees and dolphins. The last time we visited her, she wasn't able to speak much, but the one thing she said to us was, "I love you, but Jesus loves you more." This is a true testament to her relationship with Jesus Christ.
Wilma is survived by:
Her siblings: Bonnie Hedge-Daily, Judy & Jacob Schnuerer, Julia & Norman Krischnick and RC Hedge
Her children: John & Kendra Johnigean, Joe & Leighann Johnigean, James & Krista Johnigean and Michael John & Lois Jensen.
Her grandchildren: Christina, Erica, Jeremy, Austen, Ashley, Javier, Maryann, Roxanne, Sophia, Graig, Dominick, Tabatha, Tyler, Tracie, Justin, Jessica, Cassie, Emily, Jesse and Linzee.
Her great grandchildren: Dylan, Natalie, Penelope, Lily, Gracie, Arley, Brayden, Kayla, Maddison, Bonnie, Breann, Olivia, Gianna, Liam, and Estela.
Wilma is joined in heaven by:

Her children: Jerry Johnigean and Bonnie Thompson
